Welcome to Henri's Brasserie, a fine dining establishment located in Singleton's CBD. Henri's opened its doors in 2003 and quickly has become a popular dining destination.
Fresh produce is integral to the restaurant's success. Everything on the menu is made on the premises, from the bread to the tomato paste. The kitchen is run by co-owner Tony Klasen who frequents the markets in Sydney to source first-rate produce, and to select the fabulous flowers which have become a signature of the restaurant. Local suppliers area is relied upon - the freshest oysters and top quality olive oil are sourced from the Hunter Valley.
A popluar addition to Henri's has been the Private Dining Room which seats up to 14 guests. The 2 verandahs are very popular in the warmer months.
Henri's Brasserie is open for dinner from 6pm Tuesday to Saturday; for cocktails from 5pm Thursday to Saturday; and for functions on request.
